Dear Members of the Schindler Family,

It is with great sadness that I learnt of Constantin's passing. Please accept my sincere and heartfelt condolences.

Constantin was my manager at Cognizant, I was directly reporting to him, we were great teammate. He is probably the best manager I ever had in my life. I remembered his kindness and his trust. Constantin was not just a good boss but he was also a really good person. I wanted to thanks him for everything he did. I am sad that he left so early and I am going to miss him.
